TownSq is an engagement and operations front door: the place owners open on their phone for news, files, architectural requests, and community chatter. That is a real job. It is a different job from closing the books.
Self-managed boards sometimes buy TownSq hoping it will also be PayHOA. Management companies often buy it with their accounting system. Decide which of those you are. If dues and reserves are the crisis, start in the accounting category. If nobody reads the newsletter and ARC lives in someone’s Gmail, TownSq is in the right conversation.

Communities whose actual gap is announcements, documents, ARC, and an owner app — not the general ledger.
